Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Crispy Oyster Mushrooms website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with Crispy Oyster Mushrooms by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent, which must include substantially the following:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Include the URL(s) or other identifying information of the material and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
